Dimple Gujral
Dimple, who has almost 30 years of experience in organizations of varying sizes in different financial roles, serves as an advisor at Skylish. Her areas of expertise include Finance, Statutory compliance, and governance. Previously, she worked as a CFO and founding staff member at Teach For India and was a founding partner of Tatha Partners, a company focused on establishing sustainable and long-lasting systems for startups and social enterprises. Additionally, Dimple is on the board of Villgro and Atma, both non-profit organization. Prior to her time at Teach For India, Dimple held various positions in the Travel and Logistics industry, including at companies such as Cleartrip.com, Kuoni Travel (Indi) Pvt. Ltd, and FedEx.
Rachna Gujral
Skylish was founded by Rachna, a pet parent, who just couldn't find the right training treats in the store for her puppies way back then. Deep diving into canine nutrition led her to understand the science behind keeping her dogs healthy and fit. Backed with 18 years of corporate experience with MNCs like Infosys and Tech Mahindra, Rachna, an alumni of JBIMS, Mumbai, drives her vision at Skylish with a laser focus on quality, customer experience and people management.
Ivana Cupic
Ivana has over 15 years of rich experience in management consulting and entrepreneurship roles. She has been part of corporate teams before she started her event management business Party Painters. At Skylish she is taking care of Business operations and works closely with the internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across all functions. Ivana has studied at “University BK” (Serbia) and she holds a Master’s degree in Economics.
Sanjay Jesrani
Sanjay Jesrani is the CEO and Founder of Go North Ventures, offering angel investment and advisory services for startups across various sectors. He's an active member of the Indian Angel Network, TiE Hyderabad, and the IIIT Hyderabad Foundation. Sanjay also serves as an independent director on the board of Unimed Health. With a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and as a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Sanjay is a TEDx speaker who shares his expertise in startups and finance for women. He mentored Skylish during their formation phase, providing crucial support in guiding their overall business growth and strategy, which has continued to benefit them in their expansion journey.
Mangina Srinivas Rao
In a career spanning over 3 decades, Srinivas is an internationally noted business visionary and strategist. He has been associated with organizations like ITC Ltd, IRRI, ICRISAT, TiE, BMGF and has expertise in the areas of corporate agri- businesses, structuring business models, innovative use of ICT and technological breakthroughs in creating inclusive impact that enhance stakeholder value in the markets of India, South Asia and Africa.
Srinivas ,has also been supporting start ups and emerging businesses with mentorship, workshops, corporate governance, investor meets, funding etc across domains such as pharma, agri tech, ICT, FMGC , retail, real estate & co-working space etc.
