Refund policy
At Skylish, we want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the order you have received from us, please contact us immediately on receiving your order. We will do our best to address your concerns and resolve the issue.
Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.
If you receive a damaged item or if there was an error with your order, please take a photo of the product and an unboxing video and contact us immediately. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.
If you receive a cake that has been delivered by us and it appears to be damaged, please take a photo of it and contact us before accepting the delivery. If you won't be there to accept the delivery, please make sure that whoever is accepting it on your behalf is aware of this policy and knows to check for any damage before accepting delivery.
In the case of a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days after the return is received. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage or issues that occur after the order has been received. We are also not responsible for incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages
.If a cake order is placed for a non-working day or same day without prior confirmation, the customer has the following options:
1. Fulfillment on the next working day or a later date, as per the customer’s preference.
2. Utilize the amount as a credit note for the next purchase.
3. Cancel the order with a 4% deduction charge, and the remaining balance refunded to the original payment source. Please note that the refund process may take up to 7 days through the payment gateway
